Starting Pay
- $18.00/hr for licensed Class B CDL drivers
- $17.00/hr + paid training for candidates entering our CDL program
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime
About the Role
Glenny Glass is hiring CDL Drivers to deliver and unload glass products from our Milford facility. This is a hands-on role ensuring safe, timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle standards and following company and DOT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and unload glass products at customer locations.
- Inspect vehicles and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Meet delivery schedules and follow assigned routes.
- Log hours, miles, fuel, and toll receipts accurately.
- Comply with DOT and company regulations.
- Maneuver trucks safely for loading and unloading.
- Report defects, accidents, or violations immediately.
- Lift glass up to 60 lbs when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven truck-driving experience.
- Ability to use GPS and basic onboard equipment.
- Clean driving record with no recent tickets or violations.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and safety practices.
- Valid Class B CDL license or willingness to complete training.
- Ability to adapt to varying weather and road conditions.
