About the Role
Glenny Glass is hiring First Shift Production team members for hands-on work in manufacturing. Team members assist in cutting, tempering, insulated glass (IG), fabrication, and loading to support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Follow production specifications and use tape measurements accurately.
- Assist in various department operations: cutting, tempering, IG, fabrication, or loading.
- Lift 40–60 lbs as required.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
