$19.25/hr (+$0.50-$1.00 every 6 months based on performance)
About the Role
Glenny Glass is hiring Second Shift Production and Loading team members to support evening manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role ensures that production runs efficiently and trucks are loaded for next-day routes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cutting, tempering, IG, or fabrication operations.
- Load trucks for next-day delivery routes.
- Use tape measurements and follow production specifications.
- Lift 40–60 lbs as needed.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work night shifts.
- Comfortable in fast-moving manufacturing environments.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
