New Quality Control Linescanner on Residential Insulating Line

We are  pleased to have added a second quality control linescanner to our production process. 

After finding success in improved quality with our previously installed Linescanner on our tempering furnace, we decided to install a linescanner on our residential IGU line. 

This scanner will detect scratches, scuffs, low-e defects, and more. This allows us to assure a quality product before it ever reaches your shop. Utilizing a linescanner on our Tempering Furnace, as well as our Insulated Glass Line allows us to double check the quality of the tempered IGUs that runs through our plant.
