New Quality Control Linescanner on Residential Insulating Line

We are very pleased to have added a second quality control linescanner to our production process. 

After finding success in improved quality with our first Linescanner on our furnace, we decided to install one on our Lisec IGU line. 

This scanner will detect scratches, scuffs, low-e defects, and more before your product gets insulated and shipped. This allows us to assure a quality product before it ever reaches your shop. Utilizing a linescanner on our Tempering Furnace, as well as our Insulated Glass Line allows us to double check the quality of the tempered IGUs that runs through our plant.
